Williamston Resident Arrested for Child Sexually Abusive Material Possession

WILLIAMSTON, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the arrest of Alexander Stachura, 38, of Williamston, for possession of child sexually abusive material.
Stachura was arrested following an investigation that started when a member of the public contacted the MSP with information. A search of Stachura’s residence resulted in digital evidence being seized.
Stachura was charged with three counts of child sexually abusive material possession and three counts of using a computer to commit a crime. Stachura was arraigned in the 55th District Court on Wednesday, December 11.
If convicted, Stachura faces up to four years in prison for each count of child sexually abusive material possession.
