Vassar Resident Arrested for Aggravated Possession and Distribution of Child Sexually Abusive Material

VASSAR, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force announces the arrest of Dale Victor Duncan, 37 of Vassar, for aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, aggravated distribution of child sexually abusive material and possession of child sexually abusive material and using a computer to commit a crime.

The investigation was initiated when it was learned that Duncan was viewing files of child sexually abusive material on the internet which resulted in the seizure of digital evidence from his home. Duncan, who was incarcerated at the Tuscola County Jail on unrelated charges, was arraigned on the new charges in the 71B District Court on Wednesday, October 4.

Duncan was charged with five counts of aggravated distribution of child sexually abusive material, five counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, ten counts of possession of child sexually abusive material and twenty counts of using a computer to commit a crime.
