Turner Resident Arrested for Aggravated Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material

TURNER, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the arrest of Thomas Louis Bouchard, 22 of Turner, for aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material.

Bouchard was arrested following an investigation that was initiated when it was learned he was viewing files of child sexually abusive material on the internet. A search of Bouchard’s residence resulted in digital evidence being seized. The investigation was initiated when it was learned

Following the search warrant to his residence, Bouchard was charged with five counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material. Bouchard was arraigned in 81st District Court on Thursday, April 7.
