Sandusky Resident Arrested for Child Sexually Abusive Activity

SANDUSKY, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the arrest of Justin Emil King, 41 of Sandusky, for aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, distribution of child sexually abusive material, child sexually abusive activity, and using a computer to commit a crime.

King was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his home. The investigation was initiated when it was learned that King was sharing files of child sexually abusive material on the internet.

King was charged with two counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, two counts of distributing child sexually abusive material, three counts of child sexually abusive activity and seven counts of using a computer to commit a crime. King was arraigned in the 73-A District Court on Friday, February 21.
