Saginaw Resident Arrested for Child Sexually Abusive Activity and Using a Computer to Commit a Crime

Bailey was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his home. The investigation was initiated when it was learned that Bailey was sharing files of child sexually abusive material on the internet.

Following the search warrant to his residence, Bailey was charged with one count of child sexually abusive activity - aggravated, one count of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, and two counts of using a computer to commit a crime. Bailey was arraigned in 70th District Court on Monday, July 26.
