Saginaw Resident Arrested for Aggravated Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material, Aggravated Child Sexually Abusive Activity and Using a Computer to Commit a Crime

Wazny was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his home. The investigation was initiated when it was learned that Wazny was viewing files of child sexually abusive material on the internet.

Following the search warrant to his residence, Wazny was charged with one count of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, two counts of aggravated child sexually abusive activity and three counts of using a computer to commit a crime. Wazny was arraigned in 70th District Court on Thursday, November 18th.
