Saginaw Resident Arrested for Aggravated Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material

Buford is on parole and was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his possession. The investigation was initiated after a Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC) residence visit for parole violations.

Buford was charged with one count of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material and one count of using a computer to commit a crime. Buford was arraigned in the 70th District Court on Tuesday, May 7.
