Saginaw Resident Arrested for Aggravated Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material

SAGINAW, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the arrest of Michael Aaron Warner, 28 of Saginaw, for aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material and using a computer to commit a crime.
Warner was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his possession. The investigation was initiated when it was learned that Warner uploaded files of child sexually abusive material on the internet.
Warner was charged with two counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, one count of aggravated distributing or promoting child sexually abusive material, and three counts of using a computer to commit a crime. Warner was arraigned in the 70th District Court on Friday, May 16.
