Saginaw County Resident Arrested for Aggravated Child Sexually Abusive Activity and Using a Computer to Commit a Crime

SAGINAW, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the arrest of Eric Kriston Bosserdet, 49 of Saginaw, for aggravated child sexually abusive material possession and using a computer to commit a crime.
Bosserdet was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his home. The investigation was initiated when it was learned that Bosserdet accessed files of child sexually abusive material on the internet.
Bosserdet was charged with two counts of child sexually abusive material-aggravated possession and two counts of using a computer to commit a crime. Bosserdet was arraigned in 70th District Court on Monday, January 9.
