Prescott Resident Arrested for Aggravated Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material

Dewald was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his residence. The investigation was initiated when it was learned that Dewald was viewing files of child sexually abusive material on the internet.

Dewald was charged with four counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material and four counts of using a computer to commit a crime. Dewald was arraigned in the 82nd District Court on Thursday, May 2.
