Port Huron Resident Arrested for Aggravated Possession and Distribution of Child Sexually Abusive Material

PORT HURON, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the arrest of Ethan Jacob Morgan, 25 of Port Huron, for aggravated possession and distribution of child sexually abusive material and using a computer to commit a crime.

Morgan was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his home. The investigation was initiated when it was learned that Morgan was viewing files of child sexually abusive material on the internet.

Morgan was charged with one count of aggravated distributing of child sexually abusive material, three counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, and four counts of using a computer to commit a crime. Morgan was arraigned in the 72nd District Court on Friday, September 27.
