Pigeon Resident Arrested for Possession and Distribution of Child Sexually Abusive Material

PIGEON, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the arrest of Adonis Rafael Diaz, 28 of Pigeon, for possession and distribution of child sexually abusive material and using a computer to commit a crime.

Diaz was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his home. The investigation was initiated when it was learned that Diaz was viewing files of child sexually abusive material on the internet.

Diaz was charged with one count of possession of child sexually abusive material, one count of distribution of child sexually abusive material, and one count of using a computer to commit a crime. Diaz was arraigned in 73B District Court on Tuesday, February 20.
