Marne Man Arrested for Child Sexually Abusive Activity

MARNE, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, is announcing the arrest of Benjamin Andrew Baine, 42 of Marne, for child sexually abusive material and using a computer to commit a crime.

Baine was arrested following an undercover investigation into his online activity. A search of his residence resulted in evidence being seized.

Baine was charged with two counts aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material and one count of aggravated distribution of child sexually abusive material. He was arraigned in 58th District Court on Thursday, March 3rd.
