Kimball Resident Arrested for Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material and Using a Computer to Commit a Crime

KIMBALL TOWNSHIP, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the arrest of Seth Daniel Gunn, 21 of Kimball Township, for possession of child sexually abusive material and using a computer to commit a crime.

Gunn was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his home. The investigation was initiated when it was learned that Gunn was viewing files of child sexually abusive material on the internet.

Following the search warrant to his residence, Gunn was charged with three counts of possession of child sexually abusive material and one count of using a computer to commit a crime. Gunn was arraigned in 72nd District Court on Monday, August 23.
