Kimball Resident Arrested for Criminal Sexual Conduct 1st Degree

KIMBALL, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the arrest of Austin Ray Sabb Visga, 29 of Kimball, for criminal sexual conduct (CSC) 1st degree.
Sabb Visga was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his home. The investigation was initiated when it was learned that Sabb Visga was sharing files of self-produced child sexually abusive material on the internet.
Sabb Visga was charged with four counts of CSC 1st degree. He was arraigned in the 72nd District Court on Friday, June 23. Federal charges were also filed against Sabb Visga in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan for conspiracy, sexual exploitation of children, and possession and distribution of child sexually abusive material.
