Kimball Resident Arrested for Aggravated Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material

KIMBALL, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the arrest of Jason Michael Onufrak, 51 of Kimball, for aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, using a computer to commit a crime, and eavesdropping by installing a device.
Onufrak was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his residence. The investigation was initiated when it was learned that Onufrak was viewing files of child sexually abusive material on the internet.
Onufrak was charged with three counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, three counts of using a computer to commit a crime, and two counts of eavesdropping by installing a device. Onufrak was arraigned in the 72nd District Court on Wednesday, May 1.
