Jackson Resident Arrested for Child Sexually Abusive Activity

JACKSON, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the arrest of Glenn Biggs, 33, of Jackson, for child sexually abusive activity, aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, distribution of child sexually abusive material, and using a computer to commit a crime.
Biggs was arrested following an investigation originating from a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). A search of Biggs’s residence resulted in digital evidence being seized.
Biggs was charged with one count of child sexually abusive activity, one count of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, and two counts of using a computer to commit a crime. Biggs was arraigned in the 12th District Court on Friday, September 29.
If convicted, Biggs faces up to 20 years in prison for the charge of child sexually abusive activity, 20 years in prison for the charge of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, and 10 to 20 years in prison for using a computer to commit a crime.
