Jackson Man Sentenced for Criminal Sexual Conduct and Child Sexually Abusive Activity

JACKSON, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the sentencing of Zhavian Cleveland, 26 of Jackson, for criminal sexual conduct, aggravated child sexually abusive activity, and using a computer to commit a crime.
Cleveland was found guilty and sentenced, after a jury trial, to 18-40 years in prison for criminal sexual conduct, 11-20 years in prison for aggravated child sexually abusive activity, and 6-10 years in prison for using a computer to commit a crime. These sentences were ordered to be served consecutively and included an order for lifetime GPS monitoring. Cleveland was credited with 553 days served.
