Ingham County Resident Arrested for Distribution and Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material

Luckie was arrested following an investigation that began with a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). A search of Luckies residence resulted in the seizure of multiple internet capable devices and other evidence.

Luckie was charged with one count of child sexually abusive activity, three counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, and four counts of using a computer to commit a crime. Luckie was arraigned in 55th District Court on Friday, April 22.

If convicted, Luckie faces up to 20 years in prison for the charge of child sexually abusive activity, up to 10 years in prison for each charge of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, and upt to 20 years in prison for each charge of using a computer to commit a crime.
