Ingham County Man Arrested for Accosting a Child for Immoral Purposes.

Graska was arrested following an investigation conducted alongside the Lansing Police Department. The investigation led to search warrant being executed at Graska’s residence, where several electronic devices were seized.

Graska was charged with one count of child sexually abusive activity, one count of accosting a child for an immoral purpose, and one count of using a computer to commit a crime. Graska was arraigned in the 55th District Court on Friday, September 24. He was issued a $15,000 cash surety bond.

If convicted, Graska faces up 20 years in prison for the charge of child sexually abusive activity, 4 years in prison for accosting a child for immoral purposes, and 20 years in prison for using a computer to commit a crime.
