Grand Blanc Resident Arrested for Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material and Using a Computer to Commit a Crime

Herrick was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his home. The investigation was initiated when it was learned that Herrick was viewing files of child sexually abusive material on the internet.

Following the search warrant to his residence, Herrick was charged with three counts of possession of child sexually abusive material and three counts of using a computer to commit a crime. Herrick was arraigned in 67th District Court on Friday, July 30.
