Filion Resident Arrested for Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material

FILION, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the arrest of Jeremy John Majeski, 46 of Filion, for possession of child sexually abusive material, child sexually abusive activity and using a computer to commit a crime.
Majeski was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his home. The investigation was initiated when it was learned that Majeski was viewing files of child sexually abusive material on the internet.
Majeski was charged with one count of possession of child sexually abusive material, one count of child sexually abusive activity, and one count of using a computer to commit a crime. Majeski was arraigned in the 73B District Court on Tuesday, May 21.
MSP was assisted on-scene by the Bad Axe Police Department and the Huron County Sheriff’s Office
