Essexville Resident Arrested for Aggravated Possession and Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material

McMartin was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his home. The investigation was initiated when it was learned that McMartin was viewing files of child sexually abusive material on the internet.

Following the search of his residence, McMartin was charged with two counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material and one count of possession of child sexually abusive material. McMartin was arraigned in 74th District Court on Tuesday, March 8.
