Davison Twp. Resident Arrested for Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material and Using a Computer to Commit a Crime

Heit was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his home. The investigation was initiated when it was learned that Heit was viewing files of child sexually abusive material on the Internet.

Following the search warrant to his residence, Heit was charged with five counts of possession of child sexually abusive material and five counts of using a computer to commit a crime. Heit was arraigned in 67th District Court on Thursday, August 5.
