Davison Resident Arrested for Aggravated Possession and Distribution of Child Sexually Abusive Material

DAVISON, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the arrest of Joshua Taylor Hubbard, 24 of Davison, for aggravated possession, distribution of child sexually abusive material and using a computer to commit a crime.
Hubbard turned himself in to the court following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his home. The investigation was initiated when it was learned that Hubbard was viewing files of child sexually abusive material on the internet.
Hubbard was charged with one count of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, one count of distribution of child sexually abusive material, and two counts of using a computer to commit a crime. Hubbard was arraigned in 67 District Court on Wednesday, June 5.
