Comstock Park Man Arrested for Child Sexually Abusive Activity

COMSTOCK PARK, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the arrest of Donovan Jay Dekorte, 22 of Comstock Park, for aggravated possession of child sexually abusive materials and using a computer to commit a crime.

Dekorte was arrested following an investigation involving his online activity. A search of his residence resulted in evidence being seized. The MSP ICAC Task Force was assisted by the Kent County Sheriff’s Office and the Wyoming Department of Public Safety.

DeKorte was charged with aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material and using a computer to commit a crime. Dekorte was arraigned on Friday, Feb. 11.
