Cadillac Man Arrested for Aggravated Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material

CADILLAC, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the arrest of Brandon Kelly, 34 of Cadillac, for aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, possession of child sexually abusive material and using a computer to commit a crime.

Kelly was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his home. The investigation was initiated when a tip was received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Kelly was charged with one count of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, one count of possession of child sexually abusive material and one count of using a computer to commit a crime. Kelly was arraigned in the 84th Judicial District Court on Thursday, April 10.

The MSP ICAC Task Force was assisted by the MSP Cadillac Post.
