St. Clair County Resident Arrested for Distribution and Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material
PORT HURON, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force is announcing the arrest of Rolando Royster, 27 of Port Huron, for the distribution and possession of child sexually abusive material.
Royster was arrested following an investigation, in which digital evidence was seized from his residence. The investigation was initiated when it was learned that Royster was sharing child sexually abusive material on the internet.
Following a forensic examination of the digital evidence, Royster was charged with one count of distributing child sexually abusive material and two counts possession of child sexually abusive material. Royster was arraigned in the 72nd District Court, in St. Clair County, on May 19, 2019.
