Paw Paw Man Arrested for Child Sexually Abusive Activity
PAW PAW, MICH. An investigation conducted by the Michigan State Police (MSP) Internet Crimes
Against Children (ICAC) Task Force has resulted in the arrest of a man from Paw Paw. Kasey Lyon, 21,
was arrested and arraigned on Oct. 8, 2019.
The investigation stemmed from a National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) tip, which contained images of child sexually abusive material. Further investigation led to locating a residence in Paw Paw where the suspect was residing. An interview and search warrant of suspect’s residence was conducted. An arrest warrant was issued for Lyon and he subsequently turned himself in.
Lyon has been charged with, and arraigned on, one count of child sexually abusive activity, using a computer to commit a crime, and possession of child sexually abusive material.
